Spartan Event Security staff are fully trained in Conflict Resolution Techniques. All team leaders hold a City & Guilds level 3 qualifications in Conflict Management; we only use Physical Intervention when diplomacy fails as a last resort. If incidents occur they are always resolved with minimal disruption.
